This Week Oct 10th – Oct 14th
need to be brought in ASAP:
Each year the school asks that parents create a “comfort kit” for each of their children that they will have at school in case of an emergency.
More information here–> Emergency Kits
Did you know? Cobbs Bread in Willowbrook Mall donates to our breakfast club and gives 5% back to the school for any purchases made in store. So if you shop at Cobbs or know someone who does, please mention Langley Meadows Elementary at the time of purchase to help the school claim these funds!
We are in need of a Treasurer, if you are a parent with a student in Langley Meadows and have accounting or bookkeeping experience we need your help.
Please email the PAC: email@example.com for more information or to volunteer
The Entertainment Fundraiser is now over, at this point we have sold 365 books raising $4380 for the school. A BIG thank you to everyone that sold a book. We still have 90 books outstanding so please return any unsold books and/or money from sales to the school as soon as possible. The faster we can finalize this fundraiser, the faster the school can enjoy the rewards from money raised.
**Please remember the book is not free so if it is not sold it needs to be returned**
Grade 5 Keepsake Hoodies:
Ordering will be available starting Oct 11- Oct 23 for all Grade 5 students wishing a keepsake from their last year here at Langley Meadows Community school. All details are contained in the flyer here–>Grade 5 Keepsake Hoodies
We will need a few volunteers to help collect signatures from our Grads and to help with distribution once the hoodies arrive. Please email the PAC: firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or to volunteer.
